Do you know your Dogfish Head from your Aass?

(One is a brewery in Delaware and the other in Norway)

This is an introductory class about beer. No prior knowledge is assumed and after 5 weeks you will have enough knowledge to brew your own beer and competently evaluate what you've brewed. Lectures will include extensive demonstrations. Our own Guy Burgess will be teaching the course, he is an award winning brewer and nationally ranked beer judge. Each evening will include a lecture followed by a tasting relevant to the subject matter.

When: March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Where: Thomas More College, classroom TBD. Signs will be posted

Cost: $50.00 (yes, that's only 50 USD for 5 weeks, including beer samples!)
